Florida Supreme Court Approves Medical Marijuana Initiative

Medical marijuana to be on the ballot in November TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) -- A proposed constitutional amendment that would legalize the use of medical marijuana has been cleared by the State's highest court and will appear on the November ballot. The Florida Supreme Supreme Court on Monday found the language for the proposed constitutional amendment passes muster.
