Man Exonerated After 21 Years in Prison
A New York man sued the state for $25 million after being released from a 25-year prison term for a crime he was wrongly convicted of committing. Jonathan Fleming was convicted of murdering Darryl Rush in Brooklyn in 1989. He has firmly argued that he was on vacation in Orlando at the time of the murder.
